INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Two-time defending Indianapolis 500 winner Josef Newgarden was back atop the speed chart Thursday in the last practice before cars get a horsepower boost on “Fast Friday” for qualifying weekend at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
