Emma Raducanu is trying to claw her way back up the WTA rankings.
The 22-year-old has endured a turbulent career since shocking the world to win the 2021 US Open title without dropping a set.
Since then Raducanu has yet to win a title and has suffered multiple injuries and been through various coaches.
The popularity and buzz around Emma Raducanu remains after her success in New York four years ago, and she is under plenty of pressure whenever she takes to the court.

Wang Xinyu has some advice for British number one Emma Raducanu
Raducanu enjoyed an impressive summer in which she reached the quarter-finals at Queen’s, before reaching the third round of Wimbledon.
She pushed world number one Aryna Sabalenka to her limit and had chances to win, but ultimately succumbed to a 6-7, 4-6 defeat.
Raducanu, who will next be in action at Washington DC’s Citi Open, seems to have a more stable team with Mark Petchey as her coach and she continues to work hard on her fitness.
But during a conversation with Tennis365, Raducanu received some advice from the world number 40 Wang Xinyu on how to alleviate some of the pressure she might be feeling.
“I would imagine it is difficult for her. Yeah, she has won a Grand Slam, but there is a lot of pressure that is now on her every time she plays,” Wang said.
“She won the US Open in one of her first tournaments on the WTA Tour, so it was never going to be easy after that.
“I think she is still growing as a player and also as a person. She is still young. I would say the best thing is to keep yourself away from the pressure and social media. It really doesn’t matter what they say on social media.”

Has Wang Xinyu played Emma Raducanu?
Raducanu and Xinyu have played one another on two previous occasions.
Their first meeting took place at the 2021 Linz Open, two months after Raducanu’s success at Flushing Meadows.
The Briton suffered a 1-6, 7-6, 5-7 defeat to Wang, who went on to reach the quarter-finals in the Austrian city.
Raducanu’s most recent encounter with Xinyu took place in the opening round of the 2025 French Open.
Once again they played three sets but this time with a different outcome, as Raducanu emerged victorious. Despite needing a medical timeout during the contest, Raducanu prevailed 7-5, 4-6, 6-3.
