Katie Boulter is now enjoying her favourite period of the tennis calendar, the grass court season.
The British players in particular relish the portion of the season where all eyes are on the UK to see the action unfold on the fast and low-bouncing turf.
The 29-year-old is delighted to be performing in front of her home fans and she aims to have a strong grass campaign, culminating with the Wimbledon Championships.
But before attention turns to the All-England Club, Boulter plans to have a strong run at the Queen’s Club Championships.

Katie Boulter names her dream mixed doubles partner
Katie Boulter commenced her singles campaign at Queen’s with a 7-6, 1-6, 6-4 over Ajla Tomljanović.
She has also joined forces with Emma Raducanu to go for glory in the doubles competition, and they started their campaign with a 6-4, 6-2 against Wu Fang-Hsien and Jiang Xinyu.
Boulter has now won 44 career doubles matches and lost 38. One of those matches came against Roger Federer and Boulter recently named the Swiss Maestro as her dream mixed doubles partner, other than her fiance Alex de Minaur.
“The cheesy answer is my fiancé, Alex. But if I had to choose someone else… probably Roger Federer. He’s just incredible,” she told British Vogue.
“I’ve actually played a mixed doubles match against him before, and also against Serena [Williams]. It depends whether I’m playing to win or just for the experience!”

When did Katie Boulter play Roger Federer in mixed doubles?
Boulter previously represented Great Britain in the 2019 Hopman Cup.
It is a tournament that saw mixed-gender teams compete against one another in international competition.
During the group stages Great Britain took on Switzerland and Boulter was presented with the rare opportunity to face Federer in a mixed doubles match.
She partnered Cam Norrie to take on the 20-time Grand Slam winner and Belinda Bencic, and under Fast 4 rules, the Brits lost 3-4, 1-4.
Switzerland went on to win the title and Boulter described her match against Federer as ‘daunting’. “I actually had the chance to face [Roger] Federer in the Hopman Cup,” she previously told Sky Sports. “It was daunting. It was really daunting.
“I was so excited for it, then the moment I walked out on the court I realized I would actually have to play tennis against him, and was like he is probably going to judge me here for sure.”
