Penske Entertainment names IMS President Doug Boles to same role at IndyCar, replacing Jay Frye

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Roger Penske continued his reshuffling of leadership positions on Tuesday, naming Indianapolis Motor Speedway President Doug Boles in the same position at IndyCar, replacing Jay Frye.
