Romanchuk wins men’s wheelchair race at NYC Marathon, Scaroni wins women’s event

NEW YORK (AP) — Marcel Hug’s three-year streak as New York Marathon men’s wheelchair champion is over after Daniel Romanchuk won the race on Sunday.
