Wimbledon qualifying is nearly complete and the British contingent are still in contention for a place in the main draw.
Wimbledon starts on June 30, and the remaining British players in qualifying were competing on Thursday for a chance to face the biggest players in the sport, such as Carlos Alcaraz and Coco Gauff.
There were three British players left in qualifying after the first three days.

One player, ranked 719 in the world, has made it through to the Wimbledon main draw after a historic run.
Oliver Tarvet considers travelling via private jet after qualifying for the Wimbledon main draw
Ranked 719 in the world for singles, Oliver Tarvet has produced a superb set of results to qualify for the Wimbledon main draw.
Speaking to the BBC after his final round victory on Thursday afternoon, Tarvet said: “With the prize money, I am going to find a lot of expenses.”
“I can claim up to $10,000 so I might be flying my coach home on a private jet, we will see what happens there.
“It’s a little bit awkward because I have to find a lot of expenses and I really want to come back to University of San Diego to complete my fourth year, because what they have done for me is just incredible and I am so grateful.
“I want to spend my fourth year there and leave my mark.”
The 21-year-old had come into the qualifying stage in good form, having won an ITF tournament in San Diego in early June, before reaching the semi-finals of another San Diego ITF, retiring in the semi-final.
What makes the achievement all the more remarkable, is that those two tournaments are the only tournaments he has played in 2025, giving him limited practice for such an intense atmosphere like Wimbledon qualifying.
In the opening round, Tarvet beat world number 126 Terence Atmane 6-1 7-6.
The 21-year-old followed up his initial outstanding performance by dismantling Canadian world number 210 Alexis Galarneau, winning 6-3 6-2 behind eight aces and a five of nine conversion rate on break point chances.
On Thursday, Tarvet achieved the ultimate goal, reaching the Wimbledon main draw.
The final round, played as best-of-five sets, was won by Tarvet. He beat Belgian world number 144 Alexander Blockx 6-3 3-6 6-2 6-1, winning 80 per cent of his first serve points and taking seven of his eight break point opportunities.
Upon winning, Tarvet threw his racket into the air in celebration of his momentous achievement.

Hamish Stewart falls in final round of Wimbledon qualifying
Not every British player made it through to the Wimbledon main draw on the final day of qualifying.
World number 550 Hamish Stewart had recorded an impressive run at the Championships, defeating Valentin Vacherot and Luca Van Assche to set up a final day showdown.
Unfortunately, Stewart lost 3-6 6-4 3-6 4-6 to Switzerland’s Leandro Riedi.
There is one more hope for the British contingent. Emily Appleton is set to play Slovenia’s Veronika Erjavec on Thursday afternoon. If Appleton wins, she will join Oliver Tarvet in the Wimbledon main draw.
