On the podcast today: Group I delivered a fairly odd game between Norway and France. Norway rested almost an entire team and Les Bleus coasted to a 4-1 win, maintaining their 100% start to the World Cup. The Golden Boot race also has a new runner thanks to an Ousmane Dembélé hat-trick.

Elsewhere: in Group I, Senegal all but guarantee an appearance in the round of 32 thanks to a 5-0 win over Iraq. And then in Group H, Cape Verde make the knockouts at their first ever World Cup after a third draw in a row, this time to dump out Saudi Arabia.

Plus we have a preview of the final round of group games, including a Reece James-less England, while there’s an extreme listener tactic for avoiding vegetables and your questions answered.
