Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar reunion on? Former Brazil star makes huge Inter Miami claim

Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar formed one of the most feared attacking trios in football during their time together at Barcelona, helping the club win the Champions League among several other major trophies. The MSN trio was a joy to watch, with all three forwards complementing each other brilliantly and playing a key role in Barcelona’s attacking success.

The partnership came to an end when Neymar left Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain in 2017. Messi and Neymar later reunited at PSG, while Messi and Suarez are now teammates at Inter Miami. However, fans have continued to dream of seeing the legendary trio together again.

Now, a report from The Sun claims Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham could attempt to make that reunion a reality by bringing Neymar to the MLS club. If the move happens, Messi, Suarez and Neymar could once again share the pitch, reviving the iconic MSN trio nearly a decade after their Barcelona chapter ended.

The possibility of an MSN reunion at Inter Miami has gained further momentum after former Brazil midfielder Felipe Melo claimed he has received information that Neymar could join the MLS club once his Santos contract expires.

Melo said in his remarks on YouTube: “I spoke with a friend of mine who told me some news about Santos earlier. He told me that Neymar will play in Miami. Neymar will begin playing for Inter Miami as of next January.”

He continued: “If that happens, then I am the first to announce the news here. Let’s wait and see what happens.”

Neymar’s contract with Santon ends after this season

Recently, Neymar admitted he has not made a decision on his future beyond this season, insisting his immediate focus is on honouring his contract with Santos before weighing up whether to continue playing, stay at the club or call time on his career.

“I don’t know how long [I’ll keep playing], I’m not thinking about stopping, nor do I know how long I’ll carry on,” Neymar explained on his YouTube channel while attending the Neymar Jr. Institute auction.

“I have a contract with Santos until December. I intend to see it through, to honour the Santos shirt as best I can, and then I’ll think about it when my contract ends – whether I stay at Santos, leave, move on, stop playing or carry on. I really don’t know what I’m going to do. There’s still a long way to go until December, so let’s take it one step at a time,” he added.
